What's the cutest, most girly, frilly style to sport this spring season! RUFFLES!

I absolutely love this look from the Valentino Spring 2010 Collection. I mean really, what better way to begin to "feel" spring in the air than a short ruffle mini? Well, maybe that's a bit too much "air" for some but it's super cute none the less. I just KNOW I have or had a denim ruffle skirt in my closet somewhere...sure hope I didn't give that one the boot during my last "clearing out" session.
