Lately I've had a lot of change going on in my life recently, some good and some really sad. That's affected by ability to write, my ability to focus and often times it's affected my ability to get things done. I am being transparent with my readers because I know you all go through times in your life like this as well. It's important to focus and recenter and thanks to The Path, I was able to start the journey of getting back to my super stylish self. If there's one thing that will always be on trend, it's taking care of mental and physical state.
A few weeks ago, I was fortunate enough to visit The Path meditation.
