On the heels of a successful NYFW presentation, “People’s Designer” Jeremy Scott and Brazilian footwear brand Melissa are launching a new capsule collection for SS16. In addition to the celebrated Melissa + Jeremy Scott Inflatable Mule & Ankle Boot, the duo is releasing four entirely new designs including: 2 pairs of flats, the Melissa Ultragirl & Melissa Space Love; a vibrant sandal, Melissa Tube Sandal; as well as an adorable mini rain boot for kids, Mini Melissa Monkey + Jeremy Scott. Continuing the collaboration’s playful pool theme, the latest designs feature Scott’s signature air nozzle offered in electric new colorways.

In celebration of the launch, Melissa Shoes and Scott himself co-hosted a fantastical evening at notable nightclub PanAm is Sao Paulo, Brazil. Special guests included Brazilian pop sensation Anitta as well as Brazil’s favorite screen sirens Sabrina Sato and Julia Faria, all clad in Moschino looks paired with Melissa + Jeremy Scott Inflatable mules and ankle boots. Diplo and Skrillex also dropped by to join the fashionably inclined crowd as they danced the night away to performances by Brazilian celebrity DJ Selvagem and globally renowned DJ Mazurbate.
