40 Years Of Timberlands

What you know about Timberland boots? I know that as a college student, my favorites and the ones I purchased at least once a year was the "beef and brocoli". If you don't know what thay is...well, you're gonna have to look it up for yourself.

Did you know that the classic yellow boot has been around for 40 years? Wow! What an accomplishment! And they are still oh so very important in the style community. Check out photos from last weeks' event.

Dozens of boots hang from the ceiling at the Timberland Workshop on Wednesday 9/25.   The brand unveiled its Fall collections and celebrated the 40th Anniversary of its classic yellow boot in Williamsburg (Brooklyn) NY.


Complex Fashion Editor, Matthew Henson, poses with the Timberland Abington Collection and classic leather Timberland jackets. Matthew’s style and influences inspired a mini Timberland showroom which included some of his favorite fashion staples.

Photographer Noah Kalina inspired the design of the Timberland Earthkeepers Heritage showroom at The Workshop in Williamsburg.
