Marilyn Monroe Collection For Macy*s

Today, Macy's unveiled "Marilyn Monroe", an apparel collection that re-imagines the style of the greatest icon of the 20th century for the 21st century fashionista. The collection, created by LF USA and Authentic Brands Group, will infuse the actress unrivaled personality and retro styling into flirty and fun garments for the fashion-forward girl. This March, Marilyn Monroe will launch exclusively in the Mstylelab department at 150 Macy’s stores and online at macys.com. Customers and fans can look forward to an advertising campaign that immortalizes the starlet’s style through iconic photographs alongside the new collection.

"We are thrilled to partner with the retail experts at Macy's to bring to life one of the things Marilyn loved most – fashion," said Nick Woodhouse, president & CMO of Authentic Brands Group. "As one of the world's most famous style icons, it only made sense to create a Marilyn Monroe apparel collection that represents the glamour and beauty that she is known for."

The Marilyn Monroe line embraces silhouettes that fit and flatter, from halter dresses that cinch at the waist to gingham tie-front, button-down tops and pink polka dot denim, evoking a Monroe-esque image. Recreating the icon’s noteworthy personality this spring, Marilyn Monroe is effortless, flirty and ultra-feminine. Soft blues and pinks highlight a girl-next-door quality, while bold reds and black and white add a sense of allure. Customers can also show their love for Hollywood’s eternal “it” girl by wearing a smiling Marilyn Monroe cropped t-shirt that features the icon in one of two famous poses. The collection will retail from $29 to $89, offering affordable fashion to girls who want to look confident, feminine and fun.

I must say...I'm intrigued. How about you?

De La Renta Jewels

Anytime I see an Oscar de la Renta piece, I am in awe.  Now, in additional to the beautiful clothing bearing the legendary designers' name, I've found that I'm also a huge fan of the jewelry line.

A favorite motif of Oscar's, the pave' bow ring is also now a favorite of mine! I'm such a copycat when it comes to Oscar. I mean, the man is simply a genius and is also one of the nicest people you ever want to meet.

This ring is made of genuine Swarovski crystals and is hand set in Russian gold. It just screams GLAMOUR, does it not? It's giving me "Old Hollywood" and I love it! And just in case you were wondering, there's also a hidden size adjuster to ensure a custom fit. This is a must-have piece to put the final touches on any elegant evening look.

Spring Suede By GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI

The name alone says it all...Giuseppe Zanotti! Then you take a closer look at the spring lineup and my oh my, what a beautiful sight!  See for yourself...

Butterfly Suede Cutout - Purple ($1095)

Butterfly Suede Cutout - Red ($1095)

Suede Multi Buckle Sandal - Blue ($1250)

And the fabulous... Patent Leather and Suede with Gold Leaf Detail Sandal - Black/Gold ($1695)

Fendi Freak

Fendi is definitely at the top of my list of designer bags I love. In fact, currently the number of Fendi's versus the number of Gucci's are at a tie in my closet but this one made me stop dead in my tracks and I just had to share it with you.

I'm thinking about the things I want to have in my Spring arsenal and this Fendi '2Jours 3D Mediam Leather Shopper is certainly going on the wish list!

Are You Ready To BeeBangled?

Recently introduced to BeeBangled via press release as well as on Facebook, I have fallen in love. If you want to get good quality, yet trendy pieces for less, this is a website that you definitely want to check out.  I have three bracelets that I absolutely love!  I wore both the gold spiked bracelet and the blue/gold cuff bracelet during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and received quite a few compliments.

Doesn't the spiked bracelet look awesome stacked? LOVE!

The green cuff bracelet is another favorite because of the intricate detailing and cut out design. I can't wait until spring when I can wear my favorite colorful sundresses because this is going to be the perfect touch! In fact, I already have a look in mind that will make this conversation piece shine even brighter than it already does. An look...it come is more colors!

Do you love these designs and want to see more? Well, check out www.beebangled.com and make a few purchases of your own! These are next on my list!

Tom Ford F/W 2013 - LFW

In my opinion, the absolute best show during all of London Fashion Week was Tom Ford. This man is beyond a genius...he is the Fashion GZA! I am speechless by the collection and would boldly and securely wear every single piece, every single day...Yes, even in the carpool line, at the grocery store, whatever honey! This collection gave me LIFE!

Tell 'em about Mr. Ford! Introduction of the show starts NOW...

These are my favorites...meanwhile it's almost all of them but thanks to WWD, I can share them with you!

iLuv My ReF Headphones - TechSTYLE

New York Fashion Week is my favorite time of the year but as a Jersey girl, the hardest thing in the world to deal with can be rush hour train rides. Luckily for me, from NJ Transit to the NY Subway, I had my newest best friend right by my side...my ReF Headphones by iLuv.

Fashionable and sleek these earphones were comfortable enough to wear during my commute and stylish enough to wear with every look.

The canvas exterior makes the vibrant color (comes in 4 fabulous colors) pop even more and because I was literally on the go all week long, the fact that they collapse so easily made my transition from commuter to glamazon a super quick process. They fit perfectly in my Badgley Mischka bag along with my favorite reading material for the week...The Daily, of course.

Honestly, because the blizzard of 2013 decided to hit during fashion week, ironically enough, my ReF headphones served as ear warmers as well.  The soft yet durable "deluxe cups" were excellent insulation from the cold and the noise of the city.  I could enjoy every song from my iPod and stay warm all at the same time!

The old school Converse-inspired canvas material on the headphones made them a hit with everyone I encountered. But the best part...I was able to use them with my iPhone and the Nokia Lumia 920 Windows Phone I was reviewing as well! The built-in microphone and a SpeakEZ remote allowed me to receive calls, replay my favorite songs and adjust the volume all in one simple touch! These are all reasons why my new best friend goes everywhere I go. And just like any great couple...we wear matching outfits.

The ReF Headphones are Fashion and Technology fuzed together... as they say "Fashionology" and that's the perfect term for them.
