Searching out the most fabulous looks of the season is one of my favorite past times and it's also my job so I always feel like I get the best of both world everyday!

Womens designer clothing and shoes are always the most exciting and maybe that's because I tend to picture myself wearing every look... just like each of these!

My Wardrobe is one of the best places to find a fabulous new looks and with a name like that, almost every piece they have could certainly fit in "my wardrobe" even if I had to knock down a wall to make more space! Seriously, I LOVE this site.

Is this Sonia By Sonia Rykiel, Knitted Cashmere Mix Striped Jumper Dress ($429.00) not the absolute cutest thing ever?

Need a head to toe look? This one caught my eye in 1.3 seconds flat!

The shoes are so fly that I just had to get a closer look. McQueen "The Dream", that's my pet name for the designer who's my Fashion BFF in my head, has an eye for the fabulous! I need these Brogued Golf Shoe Boots in my life like asap!

And I can't forget the jewelry! This piece is right up my alley.

Tele Virtual Shopping

My roommate from college (K) and I (T) both have very different tastes in fashion and I always wondered if it was an East Coast versus Midwest thing but whatever it is, we were both able to find Ernest Jones Earrings that we loved!

Tele-Virtual-Shopping if you didn't know, is when you're chatting on the phone with your girlfriend(s) while simultaneously shopping via the internet. I do this with my fashion obsessed friends all the time. It's almost like LIVE blogging with reader participation!

Anyway, during K&T's most recent cyber window shopping session we found cute yet simple and classic earrings that fit both our personality and taste. Wanna see what we selected? Of course you do! That's why you're here!

K has always been a fan of color so her first choice didn't surprise me one bit.
Silver Twist Hoop with Iridescent Bead

T: I have an affinity to diamonds. Just can't help it! And these little dangling beauties could add a bit of sparkle to any of my most refined looks.
Diamond Sphere Earrings

K...forever the professional Accountant, knows exactly how to compliment a tailored business suit for the boardroom while adding just enough flair to to flatter.
White Gold and Pearl Earrings

T...that's me, and of course I fell hard for the tiny Gucci Engraved Heart Earrings. I love them for myself but I know my daughter would adore them. She doesn't know Gucci just yet but "hearts from Mom" would put her on cloud 9!

Finely Crafted Footwear

If you thought the days of handmade quality in footwear was over...think again!

Men, this is an especially good day for you because I have found a very classic collection of mens leather shoes by Crockett and Jones.

Founded in 1879 in Northampton, Crockett & Jones specializes in manufacturing high quality footwear in 3 ranges. The Hand Grade Collection, Main Collection and Shell Cordovan Collection and women... You weren't left out! They also create a small collection of shoes for us as well. And they're especially cute if you're into the boyfriend, wingtip look like I am!

You just cannot convince me that the most dapper gentlemen can't pull off that red suede shoe (above) with ease! I already personally know a couple who could sport them without even a second thought.

Now my hubby...he's one of those men who can really appreciate the level of options offered by Crockett and Jones because he actually knows what a "last" is and how to choose the best one for him. Gotta love a man who knows his shoes! And if you're unfamiliar with the term, start doing your research now!

So... let's get right down to the good part! My personal favorites.

From the Hand Grade Collection
"Atherstone, a full brogue oxford with bold punching design. Made from the finest calf leather or calf suede with bark tanned single leather soles."

From the Men's Main Collection
I picked two styles here because I just couldn't stand to leave either one un-noticed.
"Hartland, an unlined chukka boot featuring contrast coloured stictching and laces. Made from soft suede and single Dainite rubber soles with a natural coloured welt."

I'm starting to think that just maybe, I might be in love with wingtips! These are just haute!
"Drummond, a brogue oxford shoe with wingtip design and light punching detail. Made from the finest calf leather and suede with single leather soles for the Men's Main Collection."

Shell Cordovan Collection
And yet another wingtip style...
"Gerrard, a two-tone oxford spectator shoe, featuring wing tip design and punch pattern on the toe. Made from the finest calf leather and canvas with single leather soles."

What do I most enjoy about picking out men's shoes? Well, often I imagine what the rest of his look will consist of as well. My readers know that for me, it all begins with the shoe and then I build from there. With that said, the guys who can rock any of the shoes I've picked (especially the red ones above) could more than likely win any street style, GQ style or professional style contest on any given day. Yup...that's the "stylist" in me talking but it is so true!

Glittery Goodness

Jewelry is one of the best ways to spice up an outfit and make it look new again. I'll be the first to say, I love trendy pieces but what about the classics?

Sometimes with jewelry, simple and elegant is the way to go. Thats why Silver Jewellery from www.gems.tv is so awesome! They have a great selection of items you'll love owning and will wear for. Lifetime.

Check out this gorgeous Ruby & Red Diamond Sterling Silver Ring (ATGW 2.37cts) from the "Annabella" collection. I love that it's beautiful and interesting...and it could actually serve as a unique wedding band without breaking the bank.

Since blue is my favorite color, of course this Tanzanite Sterling Silver Bracelet (ATGW 8.05cts) caught my eye! It's a beautiful twist on the classic tennis bracelet and what I know for sure is that it would look stunning on my wrist.

Now here's what I call a beautiful color combination of spectacular bling! Also from the "Annabella" collection, the Amethyst, Rhodolite, Garnet and Topaz Sterling Silver Ring. I'm telling you, visiting this site makes me want to order up one of each of almost everything in stock!

And finally, this piece is beautiful enough for any occasion. Its sleek and chic and screams of luxury. This Black Onyx Sterling Silver Ring (ATGW 11.40cts) with stones from India, is a charming selection from the "Tookalon" collection.

Visit Gems.TV today! I'm sure that like me, you will find something if not many things to adore!

House of Style Returns

Bug eyed and screaming! Yup...that was me when I heard about MTV's return of "House Of Style"!

If you didn't faithfully watch this show in the 90's, you almost certainly cannot be a true fashion lover! With shows featuring Naomi Cambell, Salt -n- Pepa, Linda Evangelista (OMG...how I loved her), Cindy Crawford and so many more style icons, I simply cannot wait for the premiere on October 8th to pick my new 2012 favorite moments!

One thing the MTV Execs are being very hush-hush about is who the host will be. Honestly...it really should be me. (shameless plug) Hey, I'm just saying. That is really and truly my dream job! Talking fashion and style on camera? Hmmm...I kinda do that already but for MTV...well, that's just taking it to an all new level!

Read more about the return of House of Style HERE!

Sassy Specs

I have lots of friends and family members who wear glasses and oddly enough, as a child I always thought it would be cool to wear them as well. It never happened for me or at least not quite yet, but I've always felt that glasses and sunglasses really must fit the personality of each individual that wears them.

Designer prescription glasses seem to be all the rage these days. No longer are there only two or three basic styles to choose from. No, in this day and time you can take almost any shape and color glasses and make them your own and well known designers have jumped on the bandwagon too.

Check out these Vera Wang Frames!

And if you love Tortoise Shell but don't necessarily care about a particular designer, I found these to be quite lovely.

Wanna do a little something different, maybe even retro? I take queues on stylish, yet interesting frames from Kirsten Vangness ("Garcia"), actress from the TV show Criminal Minds. Not just because it's one of my favorite TV shows to watch but because her stylist seems to always find the most interesting specs to compliment her.

Here's a fabulous pair that will be sure to capture your individual style!
Lulu Guinness Sunglasses

And finally... there are Unisex Frames. I'm thinking that these would be perfect for any facial shape. Plus they make you look uber smart! They're cool enough for a man and just cute enough for a woman!

Nicole Richie + Macy's

Today Macy's announced a collabo with tv star, Nicole Richie!

Since watching Fashion Star last season, I have a new found love for Nikki from a business perspective but I have been a long time fan of her fashion sense.

This fall, launching in 100 Macy's stores, Nicole Richie's exclusive collection of limited edition apparel will be made available for all to enjoy. The designs are based on Nicole's personal style, which we all love and will also be influenced by 1970's silhouettes, fabrics and prints.

Who's giving you a first look of the recently released design sketches? StyleMayvin of course...always keeping you in the know!

“Macy's is the epitome of American fashion,” said Nicole Richie. “Their iconic stamp on the world of retail has not only touched the lives of consumers, but has also become a significant part of pop-culture. I am thrilled to have this opportunity to work with Macy's and create a collection that channels the individual artist in all of us.”

And we are thrilled to see the entire designer capsule! This made-for-the-fashion-and-budget-conscious collection of "Nicole Richie for Impulse only at Macy's" will range in price from $49 - $149.

Comfort Over Conformity

Ever think about what life would be like if your feet no longer had to mold to your shoes, rather your foot would lead the shoe?

Well, that's exactly what Karl Toonsbuy of Denmark set out to do when he created Ecco Shoes. So successful in his venture that he is considered to have "pioneered a revolution in footwear."

I've heard people refer to "sensible" shoes and that usually equates to something maybe, not so trendy or fabulous but thank goodness for practical, yet stylish shoes like the designs you find by Ecco Shoes from Meeks Shoes.

For instance, the Ecco Deck Shoe looks great on, its stylish and I've been told, it's extremely comfortable to wear.

A great option for women who are unable to or simply don't want to wear stilettos but still want to be on trend, I found this Low Heel Pump to be an awesome option. The light denim color with gradating darker denim on the toe and heel give the shoe that extra something special and it's the perfect way to complete your professional, chic look.

Fall Preview: Macy's

Yes, I know the summer weather is still quite steamy and maybe you're not ready for Fall just yet, but that's ok. Macy's has it all wrapped up for you, complete with a mini look book just for you!

Macy's has long been a great place to go shopping, especially the 34th Street Herald Square location...that's my personal fav. There, you can find everything you need to update your wardrobe and even to create a totally new one if you so choose.

Here's one of my favorite looks from the collection of what you can expect to find this Fall at Macy's.

It was a bit hard to choose a favorite considering the looks were so fabulously styled and I can't forget the shoes and accessories! These are certainly going on my "wish list".

And for my younger readers...don't you just love this look? I could pull this one off too!

Last but not least, this one is for the guys! I love a man in a sweater and this "smart boy", collegiate look is like a breath of fresh air.

Want to Stay In The KNOW? Let StyleMayvin help! Check out the complete Macy's Look Book HERE! And get ready to pull out your inspiration boards for Fall. I can promise you won't be disappointed!

As the old saying goes, diamonds are a girls best friend but what do you know about Hot Diamonds? And I mean "hot" in the sense of super chic, simple yet classic and affordable. Plus, you wanna hear the best part? They are all, always conflict free!

Micro pendant necklaces have been a huge must have for the past two seasons so if you haven't purchased one yet or even if you have, here's a couple of ideas for the perfect piece to reward yourself with or to give to someone else as a beautiful gift to remember.

And of course, you can't forget the earrings! These actually "spoke to" my daughter personally and she's been driving me crazy about getting them since she laid on them. Highly Anticipated

I can hardly contain my excitement as I type! Two of my favorite stores Neiman Marcus and Target are joining forces to create some of the most highly anticipated items for the holidays...ever!

"Cross Shopping" is a new buzz word in the industry but I've been shopping this way for years! Basically, cross shopping is pairing your Krista Silver Super Skinny Jeans ($198) from Neiman's with a basic black Merona tee by at Target for under $20, throwing on a pair of sexy heels and hitting the streets for a night out with the girls. It's mixing classic with trend or a luxury ticket with an affordably priced item. Its really one of the best ways to shop and have the best of both worlds.

So who's excited? Sadly, we still have quite awhile to wait since the limited collection won't hit stores till December 1st but get ready because if the Jason Wu for Target experience was madness, this is sure to be an event not to be missed!

I'm talking 50 different products from fashion to sporting goods selling for $7.99-$499.99 (averaging around $60). All put together especially for Target by some of my favorite designers like Diane von Furstenberg, Derek Lam, Oscar de la Renta and Marchesa to name a few.

Is it really possible for me to wait until 12/1? I guess I'll have no choice but the holidays definitely can't come fast enough!
